why are the forum times when i enter a post an hour ahead of when i actually post them?

just for reference i wrote this post at 1.16pm

thanks Dallas, that was bugging me no end, do i also have to do something like this on my Betfair account, that is doing the same thing

Possibly though i've never changed mine over the years but not sure if there is a auto update option that i've enabled
