Price decrease over x period

Hi,

Is there any function in BA, apart from using Excel that allows you to find out if a price has decreased from 4 to 2 within the last 3 minutes at ANY point ?

I looked at the Relative Historic Odds function but here you have to put in like 60 seconds, what i am look for is >= 60 seconds etc
