Open a new window to stick in browser

Hi

Tried searching the net for the answer, just getting nowhere.

Does anyone have any idea on the following?

When I click on a link on a particular website it will open a new window, If I expand the window to full screen, id like to save that. So when I click on another link I dont need to re-expand it. So in a way it has a memory.

Additionally, using multiscreen how do I keep the open tabbed opening in the same position too?

I am using chrome.

Surely someone here has the answer. At least with betangel I can pin them

Not sure I understand the question, but right-click on the link then left-click to 'open in new window' or as I prefer, 'open in new tab' might help you.

I'm also not exactly sure what you mean, SH, but going by the comment above, are you looking for something like DeskPins or TurboTop?
