You could do it in couple of ways:
You could simply make a 'fill or kill' bet and calculate the number of seconds before it should be killed - which would do for a one off
or you could attach an automation file wirh a simple 'cancel unmatched bets' instruction for a set time.
Make sure that your computer is 'awake' and your Guardian is set to monitor the market.
