To answer the original question, I'm pretty sure it's a challenge-response anti-spam measure created on registration, which has accidentally slipped into the profile. I'll have a look when I have the time, but it can probably be tweaked to say something like. "It's this guy really hot" or something?

Opinion: We are sorry for all the antispam measures. Do you agree that spam should not be tolerated and is generally created by low life? There is only one correct answer.

There is also another question that asks how many days a fortnight can you add better than a spambot. Shame that's not included in your profile as well.
