Make sure it's actually her before you send the cash, ask her something only you two would know. There's a lot of scams of that nature with hacked Facebook accounts needing money quick
i know it is her i have spoken to her, and a spanish lady who is staying in the same hotel as her, who as kindly taken it upon herself to deal with police etc.spreadbetting wrote: ↑Sun Oct 07, 2018 9:48 pmMake sure it's actually her before you send the cash, ask her something only you two would know. Not Malaga by any chance? I was mugged there back in 2007.spreadbetting wrote: ↑Sun Oct 07, 2018 10:20 pmNo problem hopefully she's ok and it won't put too much of a downer on her holiday
Well they said it was a mugging but 10 Spanish stamping on your head demanding you to empty your pockets is a bit worse than a mugging.
My aunt was mugged in Spain 20 years ago too. Lots of organised crime there, the British are easy pickings as they know there carrying lots of cash.
I went to Marbella via Malaga a year later. Lovely places, such a shame about the organised crime. Didn't realise there were so much street muggings going on.SeaHorseRacing wrote: ↑Mon Oct 08, 2018 7:48 amNot Malaga by any chance?
