if at odds of 4 the probability of a horse winning is 25% how high will be the probability of DOBBING?

50% ??

Depends on how the horse is ridden rather than the odds, front runners will always be more likely to DOB than horses that are held up or schooled in public. People generally choose their dobs from past performance and IR odds.
