Just to be annoying, thought I'd put up a dread-thread...
I know it's a load of old to$h, but has anyone got any extreme black friday bargains that they'd like to share. I'm not going to put my own one down yet, as i don't have one
Maybe even a black friday runner (SHR -you listening??) would fit the bill for today.
happy holidays - lol

Thinking of an upgrade. Quite a few decent looking laptops on sale, kind of want an i5 but don't want to spend more than £300 so looks like an i3 is more realistic. all the HP are intel core SSD, most seem to be around 8GB Ram which I've read on this forum before is plenty for trading. There's a HDD, 1TB i3 going for just under £300 at the moment.

This computer looks good quality though.

Anyone else looking to upgrade with today's sales? Any other trading toys looks good value, also tempted o get one of those macro keyboard things that Peter used in a vid a while back to trigger servants.

this i5 seems pretty good (tho only has 4GB ram - which can of course be upgraded cheaply), but seems like a good buy: https://www.ebuyer.com/861447-hp-250-g6 ... wu13es-abuCallumPerry wrote: ↑Fri Nov 23, 2018 10:24 amThinking of an upgrade. The stream deck I use is on a 'deal' though I can't remember what I paid for it - https://www.amazon.co.uk/Elgato-Stream- ... ROKL5A1OLE
Those Deal's of the day are always great value, I have bought numerous things on that in the past but as they say, they are only for a day, they aren't linked to Black Friday.
It was a good price, it was the lowest it has ever been on Amazon. I was starting to wonder if ShaunWhite was right and they had been listening in on my phone again and watching me via my webcam :

You will have paid about £140 for it most likely. It is a good price today:Euler wrote: ↑Fri Nov 23, 2018 11:24 amThe stream deck I use is on a 'deal' though I can't remember what I paid for it - https://www.amazon.co.uk/Elgato-Stream- ... ROKL5A1OLE

Thanks for this! So more cores is most important, 8GB Ram is plenty write speed is only kinda important if stuck between two similar machines, visually I don't need any power at all. If anybody sees anything hot today, I've got this thread heavily monitored. Booked the day off work to do all of my Christmas shopping so I'm not doing it on the 23rd December like most years!Atho55 wrote: ↑Fri Nov 23, 2018 10:53 amCallum, have a read of this

What way can it be used to make trading more streamlined?
