Callum, have a read of this

Thanks for this! So more cores is most important, 8GB Ram is plenty write speed is only kinda important if stuck between two similar machines, visually I don't need any power at all. If anybody sees anything hot today, I've got this thread heavily monitored. Booked the day off work to do all of my Christmas shopping so I'm not doing it on the 23rd December like most years!

The stream deck I use is on a 'deal' though I can't remember what I paid for it - https://www.amazon.co.uk/Elgato-Stream- ... ROKL5A1OLE
Couldn't manage without mine anymore

What way can it be used to make trading more streamlined?

What the heck is this thing?
read on of the reviews, which explains it better than i can:

... when people talk about storing their coins on this device, they’re not. All this device essentially does is encrypt the private key associated with whatever address your using. Your tokens are not sat on this device. Your tokens are still on the blockchain but your private key is never exposed. It's locked away in this device so you never have to type it in which leaves you open to keyloggers logging your private key. And the physical pressing of buttons adds that extra layer of security - You can’t remotely hack a ledger.

Now I’ve moved my tokens onto addresses on this it’s given me extra peace of mind. You could be holding tokens worth millions one day. Just buy this and protect your investments.

It allows you to action anything and everything at the push of a button, so I have all my servants and every other action I use regularly in BA like greening, reverse greening, profile switching, trading screens, staking methods etc assigned to there own button

I literally have everything I use on a regular basis at the touch a button, it feels strange when I'm on my laptop or other PC and have to actually move the cursor about to open/launch things

Last few hours of Black Friday now, any chance there's going to be some mad 90% off trading courses? Would love to come down and learn as much as I can. Would be even more tempted if I felt like I was getting a bargain. Hint, hint, nudge, nudge, inbox me super good discount coupon pretty please.

So through all my searching today, the best deal looks to be something that isn't even part of Black Friday, don't give a rat's arse about it being new. These specs look good to your fellas? There's a handful in stock if anyone else is considering an upgrade today too...

callum - nice price. have to fess up tho, altho i have a desktop (from 2015), i actually no longer see the virtue in static computing (be that immobile objects or storage). my current setup is basically a i5 laptop which connects to a variety of VM's (BA versioned one among them).

in short, i wouldn't buy a desktop anymore, UNLESS, my work/life crossover somehow needed it. as things stand, everything i do workwise nowadays is on a VM and anything i need to test locally can be more than handled by a mid range laptop... (and generally is moot due to aforementioned VM's).

also, i travel a bit (work and real life), so having a laptop that can connect to xyz service is for me the expected nirvanna..

pretty cool so I guess you could assign keyboard shortcuts to different buttons also rather than fidgeting about with a gaming mouse?
