Laggy frame rate on streaming

Anyone experiencing laggy streaming today?

Basically for me the framerate in 11:40 at Lingfield was a little bit stuttery almost as though it was on polling rather than streaming.
I have two machines connected and the common factor is the same internet connection.

Only just got up but it's a common problem that happens now and again.
