This is a question to those who are profitable for some time.

We know that it is not possible to get a mortgage as BF full time trader even if the bank account shows a good standing and growth because of obvious reasons that it is considered gambling.

Has somebody tried or thought about creating a small company and business account and let the profits transfer from BF to that account and then to ones personal account?
Do you think that would be possible?

Then when trying to get a mortgage in the bank one can say that one is employed at (this company) and show regular payments.

Or alternatively one can say that one is the owner of the company?

Let me know your thoughts and if you have a way of getting around that.

Many Thanks

You need to think about the tax implications of what you are suggesting as they will be significant.

It can be done.

But nobody is going to post it on a public forum.

Why ?

Because it’s not technically illegal.

But the saying goes.... why draw attention to yourself when you don’t have too.

It’s not just trading or gambling or match betting either.

Many who work in the oil industry offshore, don’t pay income tax. I use to find it funny on a Friday night at a Norway airport chatting with all the guys flying back to the uk for the weekend about it. :)

I reckon they'd look on it as money laundering! :-)
