I have an error message from my trading software starting at 10.40:38 and and then another lot of error messages at 10.42:35 and then i have bets matched at 10.45.
So i'm contesting that these bets were matched after the Outage and should of been deleted from the market as Betfair's rules state.
Did anybodt else have bets matched after the outage on yesterdays big bash?
Yes, those are very similar timings to what I had.
Amazingly (because I rarely do) I was recording my screen at the time so that has helped my case with Betfair.
Would recommend you pull of your Betfair bet log too which will have your bet placed and matched times.
