Betfair email addresses

I know I have read a thread where people were nominating email addresses for Betfair staff who had shown a clear understanding of their product and an ability to answer a question when the Customer Service copy and paste textbook didn't. I now need such an email address but can't find the thread again:( … I think is was in connection of Betfair accounts being closed/restricted. That's not my problem, I need help with accessibility, but I'm hoping such a person can forward my query on to someone else if they can't answer it. Does anyone have an email address they could share please.

Thanks Dallas, I'm not really a developer but I I can't think of what could be a more serious minded bunch to put me on the right lines
