Another 10% price rise announced; 1st class stamps to cost 85p from January.

Meanwhile, an item posted to me by 2nd class mail seven days ago from 61 miles away has yet to arrive.

First class service, Royal Mail - keep it up!

I remember when postage was 9p and 7p but if anyone asked me to guess how much 1st class is now I would have guessed about 50p! Must have been a few years since I sent a letter through the post.
