And if it was ok for a guy to order a sex doll that looked just like his niece, I said that was fine! My logic being as long as she's not underage wheres the harm?!

I said it's slightly not OK to blow up a condom in sex education class because it's not the correct way to use a condom.

I was thinking of saying OK to the sex doll on the grounds of being harmless but then I thought it's disrespectful - and what would the sibling think?
