I know, this might be the wrong forum, but I had troubles deciding which one to choose.

I have for some weeks tried to download the bap-manual, but I just end on "home", and and get no manual (smile).

I then tried to contact support but ...

IMPOSIBLE

I filled out everything and got to

This system doesn't work!

Try it yourself, how the hell would you find out which words to enter?
