Automation: Race course name inclusion/exclusion

Would love to see a rules condition that allowed one to include OR exclude race courses by name, i.e

[Where] race course (NOT) in list{FfosL, Muss, Epsom} ... etc

Obviously, programmatically under the covers this would occur, whereas the UI would just present a picklist based on the selections contained within Guardian (i.e. a static list of all courses) which could be selected for either inclusion or exclusion.

the rationale behind this is that there are certain courses that may favour back based strategies, whereas others may favour lay based approaches. by having course selection, numerous rules could be included to only fire between certain odds on certain courses, thus comprehensively setting up a matrix to cater for the peculiarities observed on the given course for the given conditions.
