Guardian Scrolling

i was wondering if Guardian could highlight the relevent race when
Bet Angel "switch market to" is set to a different market
and keep scrolling throughout the day so that the current
market is always highlighted?
It might also be an idea if the current market is one colour, and all markets
covered by the restrict refresh rate is another?

Could that be done
