I have to say I have known about this for a while and have problems before in cacelling bets from the ladder and been done in the sp reconcilition during the suspension as the bet wasn't cancelled. I now always use the cancel all button as i can't rely 100% on cancelling it on the ladder on the first click.
A good way to replicate the problem is to put 6 bets in really quickly and try cancelling all 6 bets from the ladder straight after each other.
Cancelling Bets problem

I think they may be reffering to the fact that you are not able to you the green up button if you have used Dutching as it comes up saying n/a on the greening button on the One Click Screen.Quinny wrote:I have suffered this problem and the greening problem to the extent that I will now have to change applications.
I have seen this mentioned in a few places but can't say I know much about it.
I must admit, of all the excellent features on BA, that is the most annoying.andyfuller wrote:I think they may be reffering to the fact that you are not able to you the green up button if you have used Dutching as it comes up saying n/a on the greening button on the One Click Screen.Quinny wrote:I have suffered this problem and the greening problem to the extent that I will now have to change applications.

I often open up a dutching or bookmaking bet, but then change my mind, or get out quick if the picture changes. The n/a situation is frustrating because it would be nice to know what your current position is

When we left the greening open ended people got themselves in a complete mess and therefore it was considered considerably safer to just make it not applicable if you used the dutching or bookmaking. Its very in-efficient for this sort of thing also.

Re the n/a issue when trying to green up after using dutching, just log out and back in to BA and you will be able to use the greening up function on the one-click screen.
Not ideal solution but works and only takes a minute to do.

Doug
