Would be nice to have a few more options in the drop down menu. Namely 4 seconds and 15 seconds. Or even better, let us type in the rate we want exactly. Often find myself with the ideal number inbetween the options available.

Yes... a drop down list with options while being able to enter teh value manually would be great, and I THINK it's a control that comes with Windows Forms, so SHOULDN'T (I really don't know the intrinsics) be too hard too code.
