BA new version

Hi guys I am having problem with BA new version.
It freeze, it goes in slow motion and several times today I hear a stupid voice like a teacher that goes about how to trade and what to click on. The voice only goes away when I close my BA application. The voice start like this: Ok I am taking sometime out here to set up an other screen. how can I resolve this issue?. I have only 2 days to set all the bets in automation b4 I cross the states. Please all advices are welcome. thank you.

Don't panic.

The video on the desktop page has been updated. For around 3 minutes it was set to Autoplay by mistake.

It should not autoplay now.
