For anyone contacting support please make sure you do not block emails from [email protected]

There have been recent examples of people trying to contact support via our ticket system and then apparently not receiving our responses. This can lead to much frustration.

In all previous incidents when this has happened the emails have been found in junk or spam mail folders where they have been placed by over-zealous junk filters.
