What is the command/formula required to write the above into my BetAngel Multi spreadsheet?

Context: Automated horse racing on excell (Each race meet is an individual market). I wish the automation for the specified market to stop once a winning result occurs at the specified market (If the particular market shows a loss for the day then so be it).

It appears to be quite possible, I lack the ability and patientice to work it out.
