Cant connect to Betfair after todays update...is it just me? "Unable to get account details" or some such..

Its working OK for me but a few people have reported difficulties since the maintenance, have you tried logging on direct on the BF website

Yes I can log in directly. Its just the bot that will not connect.

Have you tried closing everything down and doing a complete reboot of your PC?

Yes...still the same. Even switched off the anti virus...

I have just been told that the BA tech team aware of this and are working on this right now so just a case of sitting tight and trying every so often.

One thing you can always guarantee is after every betfair maintenance users somewhere usually end up having issues :roll:

Have you changed your firewall settings recently? Or check to see if it has updated possibly in the background if so a restart of your PC often resolves.

If you still can't log in after checking any firwall/anti-virus download and run the dianostics tool for here https://www.betangel.com/download/?product=Diagnostics

and send the results to support http://betangel.kayako.com/Tickets/Submit

DON'T post the results in the forum.

my advice to those who have same issue, try to change your ISP.
