Considering the current betfair API issue retrieving markets, we thought you'd be interested in this workaround for Bet Angel Professional:

1) On your PC, use Windows Explorer to navigate to the folder:

C:\Users\<YOUR_WINDOWS_USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\Bet Angel\Bet Angel Professional

2) Create a text file called markets.cfg (the file may already exist if you've ever Saved Markets from Guardian).

3) The first line of the file needs to be the number 1 and each subsequent line needs to be the market id that you'd like to see in Guardian. e.g. the file for the first three races on 12/5/2016 would be:
1
1.124779228
1.124761462
1.124779938

4) Save the file and login to Bet Angel

5) Open Guardian and you'll see the list of markets that you added to the cfg file. Just double-click a market as normal to load it into the main screen.

I am sure there is an easier way, but I found mine by accessing each race on BF and it is the last digits of the url address.
