Hello dear Betangel guys,
I am still jumping between practice and real trading on horseracing and happend to me before that during in-play I press top greening and got some new trades placed instead of greening, so I had to deal with it multiple times and if you ask me "was that greening fully taken or it remained on the ladder" then answer is yes it was fully taken. Green all button did this to me two times during in-play period and today happend the same thing when I did green my little profit on one horse while I had still some orders unfilled in second horse. I did press green figure on the ladder so it placed a trade but instead of around 0.07€ trade,software placed 10€ trade and boosted my loss significantly because I use small stakes so far. Basically I was prepared to loose 5€ tops on that occasion and I lost over 19€ instead.
What is the reason behind this? I have it recorded if that is needed.

I assume log is gone after I close the betangel software,right? If not I do nto know where to look for it afterwards. I will try to upload my trading session so it can be seen. I went into that thread about in-play greening what you recommended me Dallas and all seems good from my side. I just did click once to green up and got 142x bigger stake placed so I clearly did not clicked that many times. There must be some software bug i assume and I am happy not to use high stakes for my trading yet,that would wipe my bank heavily.

I have used it for many years during which time have traded countless markets with it as have tens of thousands of other traders from all over the world including the designers themseleves - the chances of someone discovering any bug shortly after begining to use the software that no one else has ever uncovered since the software has been around would be astronomically small so the log should shed some light on what happened
Maybe I found where is the problem. It just popped in my head. Since I had 10€ sitting on ladder before in-play and had marked option "resubmit bets for in-play" also I did press "keep all bets" button maybe what happend was..those 10€ were matched within like first 5 second in-play and then right right in that same moment when I did press greening what was around 10 seconds in-play,another 10€ popped on same odds like i had before. Maybe some software delay how also happend to me before caused this. It happend to me few times, that when I mark option to resubmit bets for in-play it never placed them during in-play and I had to put them in by hand. Now it apparently did the opposite,it kept my stake and place it once again.

Watching the video once again I can see another strange thing happend when clearly at some point on favorit horse my green figures in the ladder moved upwards without me interacting in that race at all,clearly did not placed any trades because I was watching something else. There is something going on when I am not looking and unfortunately not in a positive way.
Watching the video and viewing the log i can say for sure the issue was due to your 'Saved Bets' - this is a old feature and was introduced long before the 'keep bets' which has since superseeded it, its still in in case some long time users had gotten used to the saved bets and wanted to continue with it but tbh there no reason to use it now the 'keep bets' is possible.
Your orignal £10 back bet was matched 3 secs after the market goes in play (mathched bets dont show on the logs unless they happen to be matched at the moment they reach the market) but if you check your matched bets history you'll find the two ending in 457 and 749 will of been matched seconds after it went in-play
4 seconds into the race you greend up by clicking the 0.07 figure at 3.80 for a 0.07p profit at the sametime your 'saved bet' will of been placed and a second later this arrives in the market were its matched within a few seconds
then around 42 secs into the race another £5 back bet was matched on 'Lizzys Dream' - mostly likely bet id 88885278178 which was placed at 15:05:30 and kept for in-play @ 15:09:36
So everything worked perfectly fine and the software done exactly as you asked it to. It was just your saved bet appearing after you had greened up and an unmatched bet at higher odds getting matched as the odds drifted which messed your position up
For future reference i would avoid using 'Save Bets' and stick to 'Keep Bets' which is a far better

Well explained,thank you. Yes, there is chance of one bet what I forgot to remove from higher odds what a bit surprise me how could I forget it there. From now on I am not saving bets anymore and double checking if anything unwanted left on ladder.
