Tick offset not working?

Hi,

Trying to use a simple tick offset setting, straight forward "place the opposite bet X ticks away from my entry bet" sort of thing. BetAngel doesn't seem to want to do this.

Using BetAngel Pro, have "offset bet" selected in global settings, set the amount of ticks I want it to set the opposite bet at, but whenever I place a back bet, no Lay bet is placed concurrently. Same as if I place a Lay bet. I can't imagine there is much more that needs to be done to make this work, it certainly hasn't taken anything more than that with other software I've used - I have to think Im being really thick and missing something obvious but dont know what it is - any ideas?

Uncross the blue cog icon to enable 'Global Settings' on that screen

Sorry forgot to come back and say thanks, for sure it was something stupid I was doing and you called it correctly. Doh!
