Log Anomolies?

Hi,

On more than one occasion over the last week the fill/kill bets i place in running have not been canceled within the set time. I have it set to 0.5 and according to the log the bets have remained for over 10 seconds.

The log also states the bets have been killed at 10 seconds but in actual fact they were taken?

Is this a Betfair issue or is there something wrong with the way the log is reporting?

0.5sec is the fastest time recommended, when using that it would require a very stable/fast internet connection, if your using wireless or have a weakish connection these type of problems can arise

Thanks for the reply Dallas. I had wondered if that could have been an issue.

My connection is solid but I am in OZ. About 360ms to the server.

I'll have a play around and see what i come up with?

Yes if your in Oz i would recommend increasing your fill/kill time to allow for the extra latency and see how that goes
