KB broken

I have a support query and am unable to search the KB - it would appear broken - see video.

If you can drop the exact link to Technical support they will be able to look into it

Hi,

The query is something I posted here a few months ago but it went unanswered...

I was escalating to support as the viability of one of my use cases - that has emerged as one that I will be giving more time to - is predicated on being able to understand the particular workings of BA as per that question.
