Bet Angel not updating prices

There seems to be something wrong with my Bet Angel, I'm opening races and although I can see the charts updating for each runner there's no activity on the ladders, also when I hit the 123 button at the top to order the runners the ladders go completely blank. Have I hit a setting somewhere that's causing this? I've tried shutting it down, restarting etc... but it's still doing it. I've attached an image showing what I mean.
