I'm currently getting the following message:

Exception occured: Unable to connect to the remote server

I understand this occurs when your connection to the internet is poor but mine is no problem at the moment. Any ideas what the problem could be as it was working perfectly yesterday.

Ah thanks, thought the problem was mine. I'll wait until it gets fixed.

Has anyone received any info from BA support yet?

I'm getting quite annoyed now!

I trust the office is closed for Bank Holiday

The problem is BA unable to connect. I suppose this server is for user verification only and not necessary for work at all but only to verify user account is paid and allowed to connect using BA.

It is better to allocate secondary server in other country with the same user database (replicated periodically). When primary server is down - secondary can be asked for allowing user to connect to api.betfair.com and using BA.

I'm also unable to connect to the remote server. My internet connection is fine.

Should I be changing any settings etc or is the matter out of my hands?

Thanks in advance

They are aware of it and are working on the issue.

If you visit Bet Angel Support it displays a message. That is no doubt easier and less time consuming than replying to multiple emails.

Have just managed to log into BAP and homepage is saying latest version is 1.22.1 and latest message of the day post is 29/09/09?

Looks like they may have had to restore?

I got that. But I logged in again to double check and that seems to have been updated too.
