Unable to log in to bet angel basic

I simply cannot log in to the program. how can I rectify this as I would like to use the program. I am getting "bet angel authentication successful, however unable to connect to betfair using the supplied username and password". I am currently on a 7 day trial of bet angel pro and it works without a problem. Any ideas on whats wrong with basic?

try downloading program again.possible update?
