Only one ladder open per session in Bet Angel - but as many sessions of Bet Angel open as you need - so yes you can - just open another session of Bet Angel

If you right-click a market from the market selection window, guardian, watchlist etc you can spawn new ladders windows or one-click windows

Y, you can open multiple markets with a right click on the menu. But you can also run multiple copies of Bet Angel so it's more or less as much as your PC can cope with.
