Excel Sheet Failed to Retrieve Matched bet info

Hi,

it appears my excel sheet failed to retrieve matched bet info in the 1350 at Fontwell today. Only the matched offsetting lay bet was retrieved, not the original back bet. My sheet then tried to green before the off, resulting in an additional back bet which went on to lose. First time this has happened.

On the sheet it shows the following:

Avg Odds Stake Avg Odds Stake
4.5 26.53 1 5.8 20.58 2

but on betfair it shows

Redmond 5.97 20.00 Back -20.00
Redmond 4.50 26.53 Back -26.53
Redmond 5.80 20.58 Lay 20.58

Any clue whats going on?

Just had another look at guardian and it appears that all the matched bet info for that race is incorrect or incomplete (when compared to betfair). Anyone have a similar experience?
