Missing Icons

Looking at screenshots it seems the standard page setting for Ladders has a top row showing RaceDetails, TimeTillStart, and then clickable icons 123, Flash, Cog etc. Those clickables are missing on my setup, how do I get them to display?

If you right-click in that area you'll get a menu to select which you want showing
