hedge button not working

i have used your software for years now, the problum im haviing is the ladders are not hedgeing up, this has happened quite a few times now, it really confusing as it show no hedge, but on betfair it hedged.

Sounds like you've uncrossed the scales icon and disabled greening, so the trade profit you'll see now are for closing a trade at a price and not greening up

Sounds like you've uncrossed the scales icon and disabled greening, so the trade profit you'll see now are for closing a trade at a price and not greening up

dallas -if you review the messages from swimming99 today, you'll se that they all just quote the opening message and are spaced about 1 minute apart - i think the account has been hacked and is being spammed.

I did spot them after I posted the reply above and agree they do look a bit iffy, so checked the IP's of all them including this one and they are all from a new IP address.
So definitely looks like a hack.

I know this user quite well so will drop them a PM to make them aware
