Hello, I had a bizarre situation at the weekend that I'm trying to resolve. In the Venlo v Twente match, I had LTD before kick off. At 2-0, I placed a £5 bet at odds of 8.8 to reduce my liability. It then went 2-1 and whilst the market was re-settling, I 'greened up' at terrible odds of 2.0 leaving me £20 down.
Normally, this is because I've left 'keep' orders in the market. Not the case here. It can't have been a manual bet and I had no automation running. As you can see form the logs, BetAngel says it hasn't placed the bet.
Has anyone had a similar issue or can they tell my why I'm an idiot? I'm still waiting to hear from Betfair to confirm which device placed the bet.

The log only records the activity on the main trading screen and from the looks of it you were switching between markets, so if you had on open in another window the bet could have been placed there and it won't appear in the log

Not to my knowledge. I tend to use one window with a watchlist so I can switch markets quickly. Would a separate window create a separate log file (AppData\Roaming\Bet Angel\Bet Angel Professional\Log) or do those files merge all activity? The file matched the log in BA

If you were using the watchlist then that could explain whats happened.
Its likely you've greened up in the watchlist (even if accidentally clicking the green up figure as your mouse passed over it) then it wouldn't show in the log unless that market was also on the main screen.
