Matched bets not showing in Guardian

I'm finding that matched bets are not showing in Guardian, they show in main BA window but not Guardian. Unmatched bets show fine. Export reports on market closure is ticked.

Any ideas?

I find they stay in the Guardian windw until the market is settled, then the bets disappear.

I would prefer there was a solution to keep the bets showing, and thou I think I used to have one, have obviously done something.

In your main settings area go onto the automation tab and tick the 'Remain matched bet information at market settlement box'

Is this when using streaming or polling?
Have you tried switching between the two?
Also is the 'average' box ticked in the upper right corner matched bets window in guardian
