Bet Angel Software Issues

Has anyone had any of the following issues and how to address the problems.With screenshots attached.
Screenshots 150 & 151 were on Version 1.52.0

I then uninstalled that version to 1.54.1 and the following screenshots were of the situation regarding this version.You will see from the log,betfair and the ladders that i placed money on Sweet marmalade back bets accepted yet not showing on that ladder,but actually saying that the money was on Tigray,which it certainly wasnt.
Screenshots 163,164,165,166,167 will show this.
Waiting for a response to be able to move forward.
Do i uninstall version 1.54.1 again and reinstall of website.Not sure of what to do at all,just waiting for reply off support whether to still use this version or what to do for the best.
