Cannot login to 1 week free trial

Just wondering if any of you kind guys can help me out.

When trying to register with Bet angel so I can start my free trial Im getting an error message saying
'unable to contact account server ' turn your PCs firewall and try again.
and 'unable to connect to remote server'

I have tried turning the firewall off (which Im reluctant to do) and still no joy!

Any ideas?
