Hi all
I've just started with trading and I'm learning bit by bit with small stakes.
My question is=
Greyound and Horse racing markets in the US and AUS, are they not as active overseas as they would be here??
The reason I ask is that the Scalping rule I have dosent seem to get much activaty.
Just wondering if I'm waisting my time?
Thanks

Hi. Bit of a newbie myself. The US and AUS markets are generally smaller than UK onesbut are definitely bigger than usual during the lockdown. I usually scalp but they seem more difficult to do so as they are more volatile. I am currently looking more for swings rather than scalps. Hope this helps.

US racing is too low-liquid and volatile for scalping, for me anyway. I would even struggle to scalp most UK markets. Certain Auzzie tracks have more money, are stable and good for scalping, like Rosehill, Randwick and a few of the lesser NSW courses.
