One question has me intrigued; hopefully someone out there knows the answer.
Towards the finish of a race one horse will sometimes emerge from the field and go on to win. How
do these backers who chase this one down to 1.01 with
big money obtain their positive identification of the
horse so swiftly? Seems to me that any type of race or the position of the horse in a blanket finish makes
little difference as they are correct most of the time.
Do these punters run some sophisticated computer program I have never heard of? Would be interested to hear from anyone who knows something
about this.
Thanks Folks.........Rogerramjet

Or some will be using fast feed TV - perhaps the raw feed, but surely Race Tech wouldn't allow such things ;)

Also some people use 'spotters' at the track who are on the phone back to them where they are sat behind a PC.
