How long before Support get in touch

What is the normal response time for support to get in touch? Been locked out my account for the weekend, feeling a bit lonely here :(

I contacted support on Saturday and a guy called tony got back in minutes.Very helpful Cheers TONY. :D

The response time is normally within 24 hours Monday - Friday.

However the weekends can be longer as there is not normally cover on a Sunday. And Saturday is covered by a skeleton staff so a support question submitted Friday evening may not receive a reply until the following Monday.
