E-mail Support around Lunchtime yesterday and this morning, still no reply!
Are they working or not today?
Need to get this issue sorted ASAP.

It is a Bank Holiday today so they may not be working
Well, I'm not sure why you are frustrated?
Sundays are Sundays and today is a Bank holiday.
You may not get a reply until tomorrow. As you say, it's Betfair's fault anyway. Not sure why you are ranting on here?
Plus I had a look at the support page. You will see this:
We aim to answer all email enquiries within 24 hours - Monday - Friday. Limited support is available at the weekend and you may not get a response until Monday.

Thought this might be obvious but.............Well, I'm not sure why you are frustrated?
Because I make money out of Trading and have lost 3 days!
Yes it is BF's fault but when you have lost 3 days of trading it is'nt exactly great support is it?
Anyway, it is what it is, just have to suffer it!!
