Can Anyone Please Help With Problems Opening Workbook

Hi There Fellow Newbie & Veteran Traders ! can anyone please offer me any advice here please ? I have downloaded bet angel pro and done all the necessary registering e.t.c however I have the program up but minus the active part i.e the excel bit with the ladders e.t.c I have gone to excel workbooks and opened up office.org calc which is equivalent to excel with no joy.....I have also downloaded microsoft excel 2010 on a trial and this is the same...I have asked the Bet Angel Team for any suggestions and they are great but thought maybe someone else may have had the same problem....and may be willing to come to the rescue....cavalry charge...du dit du doo...can't wait to get started on the software....John

Hi John

You will have to download Office manually as Excel will not open without doing this.Manual download should be in your email,if not just fire an email of to Microsoft.Hope that helps.
