Keep doesn't work

Recently I often get a problem: the "KEEP" function doesn't always work... I haven't been able to pin down when exactly it does a when it doesn't, but does anybody know whether it always should or are there exeptions?
I'm using the 1.26.2 version of B.A. and working on soccer.
I just went to see whether it was possible to do that directly in Betfair, but strangely enough on that particular bet there wasn't the possibility to "keep",

Anybody knows why?

Are you connected via the api?
If not keep bets do not work.

Does the market enable keep bets? ie lots of the football markets do not allow keep bets. Correct score is one.

I'd like to know the reasons why, because half-time correct scores allow keep bets

Was about to ask the same question, as I experienced the same today on a few correct score bets.

You need to be in an API connection mode for keep bets, 0, 7 or 13.

There is a 'saved bets' area in Bet Angel that will allow you to keep bets that Betfair will not allow you to keep. But it only works if the market is active in Bet Angel.
