hi, its getting frustating.... i tried all, and BetAngel diagnosis 3 says * A subadjcent connection was closed. Error on retrieving* something like that its on Portuguese... any clues?

i can log into mode zero ok but i cant log in to mode 1. i get "betfair authentification successful, however unable to connect to betfair using the supplied user name and password".

downloaded new beta version thinking that would sort it out but still the same. can log into mode zero ok, but cant log into mode1 (same message as above).

any ideas/suggestions?
