Hot diggity! The speed of his diction - allied to his accent - made it painful for me to listen. Is there a transcript available? :-)

Watch the YouTube vid at 1.5x speed. Has saved me hundreds of hours already

On a similar note. The park bench analogy can be very helpful in dealing with emotions/ego play during "stressful" trading environments.
