Ok trying my hand at automation's and after trying to write a simple rule it messed up and the more I look at this the less Im understanding
What I wanted to achieve was to create a rule that would why used on the placed market on horse would back any horse when odds of 1.3 was hit
I wanted to set it to run 30 seconds after the race started

Set rule type to "place back bet".
In rule trigger times set "relative to in-play", "arm trigger at 00:00:30 after event start time". "Apply to selection in order of favouritism: 1", in conditions set back price of this selection <=1.3. You can then copy rule you created, but change favourite to 2nd, if you want to back 2 horses or copy and change more if you want to back more.
