chart automation and better work flow

My idea is to give each line a name in the data series configuration tab. eg moving avg (ma) ,ex moving avg (ema) .Then we can issue commands such as ,if (ma) is grater that (ema) plus x tick =sound alarm. I could see some problems with it ,but if used with the servant it should be manageable.

Are there any plans to allow us to add more the one rule or signal to a rule name. its currently a work flow killer especially when it comes to editing rules.It seems a bit silly to need so many rule names when most have the same triggers.
Something else which would help is a globe time setting , again this is a work flow issue with so many rules at times.
